I visited St. Paul Downtown Airport on June 21/22, 2004 to photograph N836D and interview Carlos Gomez for an article I'm preparing regarding the restoration of this classic aircraft. I was blessed with two days of perfect weather for photographing the old girl and I'd like to share the following photos with you all.

I thought it ironic that right across the road was a scrap yard that was cutting up old cars the whole time of my visit!
